​Order policy​​​

• Customers must send a direct message via Instagram: @nailsbymadddie (with 3 d's) or email: support@nailsbymaddie.com before placing an order

• Order is only confirmed after checkout

• Order cannot be changed after order confirmation

• Processing time is 3-9 business days

• The standard order is 10 nails per set

• All nail set orders include a prep bag obtaining ONE nail file, buffer, orangewood stick, nail glue, and TWO alcohol pads, TWO microswabs, and a manicure brush. Sticky tabs are optional upon checkout

• No wholesale orders

Sizing policy

• Customers must order a sizing kit first before ordering their custom nail set

  • If the customer wants to the change shape or size for the next order, they must order another sizing kit in regards to the new shape or size

• No refunds or exchanges due to sizing errors. The customer is responsible for sizing

Shipping policy​

• Shipping is available for standard at $5 or priority for $10

• Shipping will typically take 1-5 business days depending what is chosen for check out

• An incorrect shipping address cannot be changed after the order is sent. If sent to the wrong address customer must pay $5 for the order to be reshipped

• ‘Nails by Maddie' is not responsible for shipping carrier errors, once the order is scanned into the carrier's system it is no longer 'Nails by Maddie's responsibility

Refunds and exchange policy​

• Since all orders are personally made to order, there are no returns or exchanges

• No refunds for lost packages
